We have recently completed our 150th acre of new habitat. We have also planted two new cedar/shrub wind/wildlife breaks and we have planted over 1000 new shrubs all for the enhancement of wildlife.

Nebr. Game and Parks Has Our Region With An Increase Of Over 20% For Both Pheasant And Quail for 2009-2010.

Our Spring Turkey Seasons Have Been Very Successful With An Average Of Over 1.5 Turkeys Taken Per Hunter With An Average Hunt Of Less Than Two Days. The Fall Season Successes Have Equaled the spring season.

For 2010, Turkey Numbers Are Again, Very High. Early Spring Numbers Are More Than 100 Turkeys Per Mile Of Creek.

We have over 2,200 acres available in controlled shooting areas with additional acres available. Over 6,000 acres are available for wild turkey hunting and deer hunting. Areas hunted include a variety of native grasses/prairies, food plots, corn and sorghum fields, legumes, shelter belts, brush and weeds. Please review the examples of our habitat in the habitat photo gallery. Topography varies from flat tops to rolling hills, “pockets”, fields, shelter belts and creek bottoms.

As a preserve operator, we can offer the best in habitat and privacy all for you to enjoy your hunting experience.

We do "stock" our properties with upland game--We do not "place" or "plant" upland game except by circumstance, such as for a handicap hunter. More at our upland bird hunting link.

Upon arrival, we gladly give you a tour of our properties, give advice such as traveling patterns, hot spots, etc. and get you in the field as early as possible.

As of May 2010, our abundant rainfall has our habitat looking very good once again..

All of our hunts are very similar to what one would expect and desire with their own personal lease. We provide private hunting, habitat management, wildlife management and the policing of properties without the typical expense of owning your own lease. We offer all the benefits without the associated costs.

Turkey Permits Are Unlimited.

We enjoy over a 95% satisfaction and the likelihood of a party returning for a future upland hunting experience. To date, all deer hunters would return for a future experience. 90%+ of our turkey hunters wish to return also.
